It may take a little longer to fall asleep or sleep through the night, but your brain may be still recovering from the previous night’s sleep.
Sleep, like any other physiological function, requires energy.
If your body is still recovering after the first few hours of sleep, it is unlikely that you will be able to sleep again.
For that reason, it may take several hours for you to fall into sleep again without going through the normal sleep stages of relaxation and awakening.
If you wake up in the middle of the night and your body seems to be doing nothing, this is probably due to insufficient energy levels in your system.
Sleep problems also occur when you do not have adequate energy levels.
It is possible that you are not properly adapting to the night’s surroundings.
